Estes Park Golf Course is adjacent to the property, and the Estes Park Aerial Tramway is a short drive away. Elk are regularly seen on the golf course in the mornings and evenings.

Family suites offer two separate rooms with a king bed in one and queen beds in the other, plus a kitchenette with table and chairs. Cribs and high chairs are available upon request. The property has outdoor space for children to play and a hot tub that fits up to four people.

The hot tub is maintained at high temperatures and offers mountain views while soaking. Gas fire pits with seating areas are located near the hot tub and barbecue grills. A picnic area with outdoor furniture lets guests eat meals outside and watch for elk on the adjacent golf course.
